Meet Our Founder
Have you ever wondered where your life was going and if you would ever really get to the destinations you dream about? That was me.
I'm a former healthcare administrator with a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters in Business Administration. I did everything I thought I was supposed to do to find success and happiness.
4 years into my career, I felt underpaid and underappreciated. I was lied to about raises and promotions. I enjoyed helping people, but my company only gave me just enough to keep me from leaving. I knew I was meant for more. I used to daydream about what it would be like to have freedom of time money and location.
In 2013, I made a simple list of what I wanted to create in my life. 4 items.
1. I wanted to be paid what I'm worth.
2. I wanted control of my time and my schedule.
3. I wanted ownership.
4. I wanted to make an impact with my life.
90 days later... I found what I believe God put me on this Earth to do.
I started my own Financial Services business partnered with the leading company in the industry. Over a decade later some pretty incredible changes have happened. I found an amazing wife Emily who has given me our son, Cameron, our rescue dog, Bertie, and two rescue cats.
In my business I have went from part-time to full-time, while growing to 180 licensed teammates, thousands of clients on the path to debt freedom and financial Independence.
This business is the vehicle that has allowed me to move closer to the destinations I dream about in my life. it has allowed my wife to stay home and raise our son. It has allowed us to earn eight times what I used to earn as a healthcare administrator. It has allowed us to bless our family our church and the lives of others.
I thought long and hard about the name I would give our business. I chose the name Free and Fearless because that's how I want to live my life everyday. I'm excited to find our future success stories. I hope that is you.
